I do not recommend this product. The instructions say to place the wax warmer on to max for 15 minutes, and then to turn to medium which will keep the wax workable temperature all day.
The wax melted when I turned it to max, and then when I turned it down to medium, the wax completely solidified. I kept the warmer on max to keep the wax liquid while I was waxing, and just having the plastic lid off the wax warmer cooled the wax down so much it was too solid for hair removal.
