i was stung for shipping of $14.99 fir rural delivery.... after spending the required over $250 for free shipping, when i emailed. about the shipping they pointed out this offer was only avaliable for townies but this was not stated
ie spend $250 and get free shipping but state clearly. .. (this offer is not avaliable for rural addresses) so i spent extra money ordering 2 small botanicals to get the order to $263 so i could access the free shipping...i feel this should be addressed on your advertising going forward that rural buyers are not entitled to free shipping....

Hi Deborah, thank you for sharing your feedback. The reason there is a charge for rural delivery is it costs more to deliver to rural addresses, and this cost is clearly displayed at checkout.

Rural designation is done by the courier companies, and the costs for delivery are also set by the courier companies.

We also applied a discount to the normal price for you and we did with the prior order where the incorrect shipping option was selected.

The delivery options displayed clearly at checkout for your area are :

North Island Delivery (non Rural)

2 to 3 business days $14.99

Free Delivery for Lego over $250

North Island Rural Delivery (RD addresses only)

2 to 3 business days. $ 19.99
