How to Use:
Start slow and build gradually:

• Babies: 1 spray on the soles of their feet

• Older kids & adults: 1–2 sprays on the feet before bed

• Gently rub in and allow to dry before dressing

After 3–4 weeks of consistent use, you can begin applying to legs or tummy as needed.

🧡 If tingling occurs, don’t worry it can be a sign of magnesium deficiency. Just return to applying on the feet, or dilute with a carrier oil like coconut oil for a gentler feel, or if you child has eczema on their feet opt for the Magnesium Balm.
