1. Inspect both arm bands carefully before use.
2. Inflate each arm band appropriately without overinflating.
3. Ensure all valves are securely closed.
4. Position one arm band securely on each upper arm.
5. Check that the fit is secure and comfortable before entering the water.
6. Maintain constant, close adult supervision throughout use.
7. Remove, rinse and dry thoroughly after swimming.
