Battery was not compatible with my tools or the newer footprint. BuyKiwi didn't refund but put me onto the original supplier who wanted a 13pct restocking fee and wouldn't refund the postage in either direction. Not compliant with fair business practices and possibly not aligned with the CGA. Won't be buying again.

The compatible models are shown in the product description for the battery & it will not work with other models such as the newer model you accidently purchased the battery for. As there was no issue with the product itself, it is not a CGA issue. We encourage all customers to check the model details closely to ensure compatibility.
