Great customer service and love the bag!

Very happy with the bag, perfect size and all the right compartments. Originally ordered a different colour which my partner wasn't as keen on and there was no issue to exchange for the black - the customer service via email and when I went to collect from the store was great, the ladies were really helpful and lovely. Thank you!
