I’m extremely pleased. Order process straightforward delivery in a couple of days. I, aged 82, was able to fit new battery by myself and now the vacuum is working as well as it ever did. So, thank you.

Battery pack is Form Fit and Function perfect.
Did notice there is a slight 0.5s delay from pushing the button until motor starts running. Not an issue at all, just a noticeable difference from the original battery pack. I actually like it, sort of prevent those accidental bumps to the trigger causing the motor to start.
Works as advertised.
Obviously won't know how long it lasts until we've used it for a year or so...
