Shipping Policy

We support delivery of all of our products anywhere in New Zealand.

In most cases, deliveries occur within 2-3 business days of purchase completion, however some isolated regions may require additional delivery time.

If this is the case for your area we will notify you of this prior to processing your order.

In the case where a product is being dispatched from an overseas location, this will be disclosed at checkout when selecting your delivery option. 

Naturally, deliveries from overseas locations do take a little longer. 

Approx delivery times are quoted and sometimes delays can occur due to customs clearance etc. 

We do not deliver outside New Zealand.

The anticipated dispatch time will be within 1-2 working and is generally within 1 working day.

A tracking link will be emailed to you upon dispatch.

Please note, it can take 4-6 hours for the tracking link to fully update post dispatch.

The delivery company used is dependent on your delivery location and the size of the items ordered.

Dispatch and Delivery days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

 

Other Important Matters:

 

Damage or Lost:

If the product you have ordered is damaged in transit. Please email us at support@buykiwi.co.nz within 5 days of receiving your order, or upon confirmation that the order has been lost.

Please note that for your claim to be accepted the item must be put back to its original packaging.

If your item has been lost in transit we will assist you to contact the courier to lodge a lost item claim, however We do not cover or replace lost items from the courier. A claim will be processed under the courier policy. Lost packages must be reported within 15 days from the shipping date. If an item claims to be lost after delivery, we as the supplier will not bear any responsibilities.

 

Authority to Leave:

When the "Authority to Leave" option is chosen, you assume full responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered to the specified location.

This means that any loss, theft, or damage occurring after the parcel has been left—regardless of whether any party is present at the time of delivery—will not be covered by the seller or the delivery service.

By selecting this option, you acknowledge and accepts the associated risks.
